Rust and Corrosion Prevention

The inner layer of the valve's outer surface is coated with a water-based anti-rust primer, and the outer layer is coated with a two-component water-based topcoat, preventing corrosion and rust.

High Temperature Resistance 

Castings are made of WCB material, and the sealing components are made of graphite and stainless steel. The sealing area is made of hard stainless steel, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 425℃.

Optimized Design

The valve stem is made of F6a, and the valve stem nut uses lubricated brass. A bearing is installed between the nut and the bracket, giving the valve excellent wear resistance and reducing torque.

Leak-proof

The sealing surface is overlaid with hard stainless steel, with high machining precision and a sealing surface roughness of Ra0.4, ensuring zero leakage.

Strict Standards

Wall thickness, structural design, valve stem diameter, and sealing performance all meet API 600 standards.
