Rust Prevention

The inner layer of the valve's outer surface is coated with a water-based anti-rust primer, and the outer layer is coated with a two-component water-based topcoat, preventing corrosion and rust.

High Temperature Resistance

The casting is made of WCB material, the sealing element is made of graphite + stainless steel, and the sealing area is made of hard stainless steel, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 425℃.

Optimized Design 

The stem is made of 12Cr13, and the stem nut uses lubricated brass. A bearing is installed between the nut and the bracket, giving the valve excellent wear resistance and reducing torque.

Leakage Prevention

The sealing surface is overlaid with hard stainless steel, with high machining precision and a sealing surface roughness of Ra0.4, ensuring zero leakage.

Wall thickness, structural design, valve stem diameter, and sealing performance all meet the requirements of GB/T 12234 standard.
