Product Features

Shock resistance and easy operation

The butterfly plate has low inertia, resulting in minimal impact on the pipeline during opening and closing. It can be equipped with manual, worm gear, pneumatic, or electric actuators to meet different control needs.

The wafer-type design saves installation space, and its lighter weight compared to gate valves and ball valves of the same specifications facilitates pipeline layout and maintenance.

Adaptability to various media

With different sealing materials, it can be used for various chemical media such as water, oil, acid and alkali solutions, and solvents (appropriate materials must be selected based on the media properties).

Good sealing performance

Soft sealing materials (such as nitrile rubber, EPDM, and PTFE) provide reliable sealing at lower pressures, reducing the risk of media leakage.

Flow regulation

While its regulation precision is not as high as dedicated control valves, it can roughly regulate flow in applications where flow control requirements are not stringent.

Shutting off media flow

Full opening or closing is achieved by rotating the butterfly plate 90°. Its simple structure and rapid operation make it suitable for applications requiring frequent start-stop cycles.
