A butterfly valve is a simple and compact valve device widely used in fluid control. Its core component is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, which rotates 90 degrees to control fluid flow and regulate flow rate. Butterfly valves are lightweight, quick to open and close, and have low flow resistance, making them widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, chemical, and power industries, especially excelling in applications requiring rapid opening and closing or frequent operation.

Product Features
Corrosion and wear resistance
The valve body and sealing surfaces can be made of corrosion-resistant materials (such as 316L, duplex steel, titanium alloy) and hard coatings (such as Stellite), resulting in a longer service life in media containing particles, slurries, or strong corrosive substances.
Bidirectional sealing capability
Maintains a good seal regardless of the direction of media inflow.
Adaptability to high-temperature and high-pressure conditions
The hard seal design (such as stainless steel + hard alloy weld overlay) allows for stable operation at high temperatures (up to 400~550℃) and high pressures.
High-precision shut-off and sealing
The triple eccentric structure ensures virtually frictionless operation of the valve seat and disc during opening and closing. Combined with a metal hard seal or high-performance soft seal, zero or extremely low leakage can be achieved.
