Threaded flanges (also known as screwed flanges) have specially machined internal bores with pipe threads, allowing for a perfect fit and easy connection with threaded pipes. Because this design does not require welding, installation and maintenance are extremely convenient, making it particularly suitable for pipeline environments where on-site welding is not feasible. Threaded flanges are also a good option for alloy steel materials, which often have sufficient strength but may have poor weldability.

Note: It is advisable to avoid using threaded flanges in applications where the pipeline temperature changes drastically or falls outside the -45°C to 260°C range, as this can lead to potential leakage problems.
