This valve adds a signal sensing function based on ordinary valves, which is used to transmit the status signal when the valve is fully open. The valve is mainly used to connect and cut off the medium in the pipeline. The valve stem rotates, and its transmission thread is inside the body cavity, which can save installation space. The entire gate is coated with rubber. The elastic deformation of the rubber enables the valve to fit tightly when closed, achieving excellent sealing effects and thus zero leakage. There are no gate grooves in the valve cavity, so no debris will be retained, resulting in extremely low fluid resistance and lighter switching operations.

The gate plate is manufactured using advanced dualmode glue injection molding and high.temperature vulcanization processes. The rubber surface of the gate plate has no exposedpositioning points, achieving 100% full coverage. The rubber is evenly distributed with stabledimensions, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
