Rising stem gate valve Signal Device is mounted on the rising stem gate valve bracket. When the valve is in the closed position, the indicator lever rests on the valve stem threads and remains in a non-triggered state. As the valve gradually opens and the gate valve stem rises upward, when the valve opening reaches 80%-100%, the notch on the valve stem moves up to the lever position. Under the tension force of the extension spring, the lever drops into the stem notch, causing the trigger rod to move accordingly and activate the micro switch, thereby generating an electrical signal.
